Ms.Ying Fang is the Marketing Director and key leader of the Cincinnati operation of a financial services company. She is a registered representative with NASD, and holds the Ohio state insurance license of accident & heath, life, variable annuities, property and casualty. She is experienced in areas of insurance, emergency fund, retirement planning and education funding.
Ms. Ying Fang earned her undergraduate degree from Peking University , Beijing , China and her Ph.D. from the University of Cincinnati , where she served as the president of the Chinese Students & Scholars Association and established the UC Social Dance Club. She won first place in the D group mixed and women’s double games in Kentucky Open in 2002 and is an active player of badminton clubs in Cincinnati.

Dr. Jianlin Song

Dr. Jianlin Song has been with Summer Hill since February 2006. Dr. Song oversees in-house analytical model development for option trading, volatility trading, and covered call writing strategies. His responsibilities also include portfolio construction, performance measurement, asset allocation, and data analysis. He plays leadership role in manager selection within fixed income, currency, option volatility, and emerging markets.
Dr. Song has further experience in providing economic evaluation of commodity transaction and developing a simulation scheme to value correlated random processes.He has also developed an effective strategy to hedge credit default swaps with equity put options, and developed and implemented quantitative models to predict financial loss from natural catastrophes such as earthquakes and hurricanes.
He holds B.E. in Civil Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in China , an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University , and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Johns Hopkins University . His Ph.D. thesis is seismic reliability of steel structures. He was the president of Chinese Students and Scholars' Association of Johns Hopkins University from 1996-1997.

Ms. Drake is the lead attorney for the Blue Ash law firm of Manley Deas Kochalski PLLC's Kentucky practice. She has experience in all aspects of creditors' rights law in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.
She volunteers on the Board of Directors for the Cincinnati Branch of the American Association of University Women where she currently serves as President, and previously volunteered on the Ohio State Board of the American Association of University Women. She was awarded the 2003-2004 Young Leader Award by the AAUW/Ohio for her work with the organization. Ms. Drake earned her undergraduate degree from Indiana University, Bloomington, her Premier Degré from the Institut International des Etudes Français in Strasbourg, France, and her law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School. She is currently studying Mandarin Chinese and has traveled extensively in Europe and China.

Mr. Li is a very simple guy with a lot of solid contributions to his family, his friends, his community and his country.
He graduated from Northern Polytechnic University in Xian, China with a M.S in Rocket Eng. He earned the 2nd Master in Aerospace Eng. from Univ. of Cincinnati in 2001. During his stay at UC, He created the first communication system for CSSA at UC http://ucbbs.com which has been alive since 2000. He has been supported this site without any compensation. Thousands of UC International students benefited from that. His works also help the other universities in US, including PSU, VU and etc famous universities.
He designed the first banquet system for CAAC in 2004 which simplified the administrative works in providing services for Chinese Community Annual Celebration. Such creativity has evolved into a growing business, SellingTicket LLC. a multi-offices company in United States.
Mr. Li is so grateful for his friends and the supportive community. Without such, he could not be so luck as he is. He is very grateful for GOD (even though he does not believe 100% in God).
Mr. Li will continue to serve his friends, his family and his community and his country with the deep philosophy "One man's whole value is totally determined by his contribution to others". His goal is to establish a nation-wide scholarship in preferred China's education institutions to help more people succeed. He is working very hard on that.

Ms. Mae Fang is a person of many talents. She loves people and has passion for community involvement. She is a self-made residential property manager & investor. Before moving to Cincinnati from Louisville, Kentucky, she worked in the banking and logistics industries. She is a Florida licensed real estate professional. She also provides translation/interpretation services in English<=>Mandarin/Cantonese.
Ms. Mae Fang has been a long time community volunteer and earned rich experience & fame for her outstanding volunteer services. She was honored as A Distinguished Citizen from The City of Louisville, and has received The Merit Award from National City Bank of Kentucky and The Tinsley Award from Louisville Presbyterian Seminary.
Ms. Fang earned her Master degree from Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary. She obtained her Law degree from Zhongshan University in China and was an Attorney at Law before came to the States.
Ms. Fang lives with her husband & daughter in Blue Ash. She enjoys gardening, travel and, occasionally, deer hunting.
